Refunds and Returns Policy
When it comes to customer satisfaction we have a no hassle money back guarantee on any online purchase from our store.
If you are unhappy with your purchase - please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or full refund less the postage.
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to email@example.com so we can organise a replacement or refund. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
